If 2 hour lesson (AM or PM), lesson fee for up to 2 people is 50,000 yen and 7,000 yen for additional person, so, total lesson fee for 4 people is 64,000yen (50,000 + 7,000 X 2). If 5 hour lesson (full day), total lesson fee for 4 people is 88,000 yen (70,000 + 9,000 X 2).

Lesson fee for children is same as for adults.

Yes, you can have lesson at Grand Hirafu ski area.

No, you need to take and pay for 2 separate lessons, one by ski instructor and another by snowboard instructor.

Normally the biggest size of group is 6 people. It is depend on ski level of your group members.

No, we do not recommend you to take lesson together.
Lesson for beginners will be made on flat or very easy slopes while lesson for intermediate skiers will be made on steeper slopes.

If you are all beginner or same level of skiing, you can take lesson together.

If instructor is available, you can extend lesson.

Cancel fee will be charged if you cancel;
7days or more before the first day of lesson – no cancel fee
6 days to one day before the first day of lesson – 30 % of the lesson fee
On the day of lesson or no show – 100 % of the lesson fee

If it happens after lesson began, no refund will be made.

Yes, you are covered by accident and liability insurance.

No you don’t. If you’re good at skiing, you’ll need a lift pass.
Beginner skiers can usually ride the chairlift twice in the morning.
On the day of the lesson, we can help you purchase your tickets.

If you are first time skier, Beginner Package is available for you.
You only pay lesson fee and you can use rental ski set (skis, boots and poles) free of charge. If you need ski wear, helmet, goggle and gloves, additional fee will be 4,400 yen for all of those items.

Normal rental fee for one day will be charged for Day-2 (5,500 yen for ski set, 9,900 yen for full set).

Yes, we will pick you up at your hotel.
It takes 10 to 15 min. to our shop from most of hotels in Niseko resort area.
It takes 15 min. to Niseko Annupuri (or Grand Hirafu) ski area from our shop.

If you continue skiing by yourself after lesson, you need to take Niseko United shuttle bus or your hotel’s shuttle service or taxi to go back to your hotel.
If you finish skiing at the end of lesson, we may be able to drive you back to your hotel.

Typical time schedule will be as follows;

On the day for lesson;
We will pick you up at your hotel at 9:00AM.
You will choose your ski equipment at our rental shop.
10:00AM Enjoy skiing!
12:00-1:00 Lunch time.
1:00PM-3:00PM Enjoy skiing!
3:30PM go back to your hotel.

Note ; If you are arriving at your hotel in Niseko late evening or it is inconvenient for you to come to our shop on that day, we will pick you up at around 8:30 to 9:00 on the next day for rental followed by lesson.
We will try to flexibly adjust time schedule for rental and lesson to accommodate your travel plan.

When you have decided to book lesson, please send us a confirmation email for booking, then we will send you an invoice (PayPal link) for your advance payment which will secure your booking.
If you are not very sure what you are renting and how many days, we will invoice you only for lesson fee.
You can pay for rentals when you come to our shop.
